PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE PROGRAM

In addition to breakfast and coffee breaks that will take place throughout the conference, we will also hold a wine and cheese reception at the Hyatt on Thursday evening. Please do plan to attend!  It is included in your conference fee.

Our conference banquet will be held on Friday, Oct. 15 at a restaurant a few steps away from the hotel, in a glass-fronted room overlooking the Hudson River.  It will begin with a wine hour and appetizers, followed by a multiple-course meal with a choice of main courses (current choices include fennel crusted salmon, wild mushroom risotto, and chicken marsala), and dessert.  The cost of unlimited beer and wine is included in the $50 dinner price.  Should you wish to attend the banquet, please do sign up on the registration form; you will be able to confirm menu choices later as the menu is finalized.

We will end the conference on Saturday afternoon, so that those of you interested in exploring New York City will have a chance to do so.  If any of you are interested in going to dinner in New York as a group on Saturday night, please indicate your interest on the form, and we will make reservations.  Similarly, we would like to arrange group trips to the Metropolitan Museum or to the Statue of Liberty, assuming that there is enough interest in doing so.  We look forward to seeing you in Jersey City in October!
