What kinds of
wireless cards will work with the MSU wireless network?
Any wireless card,
configured properly, should be able to access the wireless network.
How do I configure
my wireless card to access the MSU network?
Your wireless card
and software should come with instructions for configuring the card
to pick up local networks.
I configured
my card correctly and it is picking up the network signal, but when
I try to get on the Internet I see a page that says I need to register
with MSU. What do i do?
You need to register
your laptop to access the MSU network. Simply follow the instructions
if you are an MSU student, faculty or staff member.
Where can I purchase
a wireless card for my laptop?
You can purchase
a wireless card and software from any computer vendor, or through the
MSU
bookstore.
