Design a graphic model of the course material based upon the contiuum of
dispute resolution
The idea is to demonstrate everything you know about dispute resolution
in the workplace, corporate culture, various theories of human interaction,
training, and organizational life cycles, and dispute resolution techniques.
The model should reflect both the ideal model and an actual model of your
business, organization, or industrial component.
You may overlay the model, use multi-dimensional modeling, or other modeling
methods
On the graphic model insert reference points to explanations of as many
parts of the course as you can. For instance you might note transformative
mediation, med-arb, discipline, hiring, training, ombudspersons, etc. on the
diagram and then note how each particular part relates to your model and what
aspects were most important.
Remember to tie theory and practice together.
The idea is to show static components in a dynamic model. In other words,
things change, flow of work changes, the models will be different depending
upon type of organization, type of employee, and organizational life stage.
